SUMMARY:Ethical Case Insights: Lessons in Disclosure
DESCRIPTION:Live Web Event – NSPE PE Institute:  A team of presenters from the NSPE Board of Ethical Review will analyze six scenarios involving different aspects of an engineer’s duty to disclose. The scenarios will fall into three areas: When the client doesn’t want to ask the right questions\, when the client doesn’t know to ask the right questions\, and when you wish the client wouldn’t ask the right questions. These three cases are newly issued by the Board of Ethical Review\, so participants will be among the first to consider them.
