City of Bend is updating their Standards and Specifications. The comment periods are now closed and the final update is coming in November.

Our speakers Ryan Oster, Alex Doza and Scott Little will give us the summary of what is changing.
The major focus of this update will be aligning the following from current 2008 Oregon Standards for Specifications (OSSC) to 2021 OSSC:

Part I – Section 5 (Special Provisions to the OSSC General Conditions Volume I);
Part III (City of Bend Special Provisions to the OSSC Volume II), and;
Part IV (Supplemental Standard Specifications for Construction).
